I needed a head liner for my '88 Caddy, as the old one was pretty much hanging down onto my head while I was driving. I took Big Red into Adler Mandel after calling ahead, and they gave me an estimate for the new headliner, and showed me a roll of the new material. Darned if they didn't have the thing ready the next day. The quality is superb, with a perfect color match. All of the hand grips were re-installed neatly, the inside lights line up perfectly, and the interior now looks great. I am totally impressed.

I had my Katzkin leather interior installed here. They were very flexible with my initial need to change my appointment and were very communicative during the install. They had a very quick turn around and nothing in my car was damaged in the process. I really don't have anything negative to say because my car looks beautiful! They also seem to be high in demand based on all the cars I saw in their shop they were being worked on. All in all, I will definitely be recommending them and would use their services in the future if needed.

The convertible top on my Z4 would not go up or down. I watched hours of videos on YouTube on how to fix it. I decided not to do it myself, but by this time I knew a lot about how it worked. The moment I talked to Steve I knew he had worked on Z4 tops before and knew what he was doing. They fixed the top quickly and probably saved me a lot of money had I gone elsewhere. I highly recommend Adler & Mandel.

So I dropped my car off the day before the installation date. While I was waiting for my friend to pick me up, immediately, they took my car & started working on it. As grantee, they will get it done before closing tomorrow. The next day (pick up day), I came a little early than usual, they were just putting the last door trim on the car. They took extra care on putting back the door panels together. Not only they took extra care, they literally stay after closing (5pm) for me, just to get it accomplished. I am very please for what they have done. It's a little pricey but worth the wait. Highly recommended them if you wanted to get your seats replaced with leather.

Installed my Katkzin leather seats on my Accord in half a day. No issues and car looks like it came with leather right out of the factory. Leather was installed perfectly and tightly bound to the seat frame. I keep my car very clean, especially the interior and it was returned to me in just as good condition.
